Tillman & Associates specializes in furnishing a full line of Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Air Filtration products of some of the industry’s leading suppliers of the USA and Canada.  We are a Texas corporation and have furnished such products and design assistance services since 1981 to customer’s all over south and central Texas, the continental USA, Mexico, Venezuela and many other foreign markets.

Limited production air handling and air conditioning equipment for industrial and institutional applications is our specialty.  We have a long list of references and satisfied customers in the food, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, computer and data processing, oil, petrochemical, health care, and specialty coating sectors, to name a few.

Due to our geographic location in the heart of the oil and petrochemical center of Houston, Texas, we specifically emphasize solutions aimed at the needs of these important industries.  As an example, explosion proof air conditioning units, 100% outside air units, pressurization units, and chemical air filtration units are but a few types of machines offered to this market segment.  Integrated into the unit design, special housing construction using stainless steel, fiberglass, and coatings for state-of-the-art corrosion resistance is offered. Coil coatings and special fin and tube combinations are normal.

For those facilities requiring explosion proof air conditioning and heating products, we offer the products and services of some of the finest firms in the field.  Class 1, Groups C&D, Division 1 & 2 areas are commonly encountered.   Heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment is available through our firm for project installation worldwide.

Air filtration for both particulate and chemical vapor removal also plays a part in our normal HVAC specialty activities.  HEPA, ULPA, and carbon filters as well as ultraviolet disinfection solutions are part of our equipment and system design offerings.  The combination of ultraviolet disinfection and HEPA air filtration enables us to offer solutions to the medical community in providing air handling, filtration and air conditioning units that directly address air quality issues.

Laminar flow products and fan powered filtration units are available.  We have numerous installations of modular and softwall clean room spaces in the region.  A full line of clean room products including air filters, fan powered air filter units, air handling units, ceiling grid systems, wall systems and raised floor products are offered as individual component items or an integrated system with full design support.

Our facility located in northwest Houston is a research and development facility designed and constructed using the all-aluminum column and truss system that we furnish to the clean room industry.  This system is available to ship knocked-down in a shipping container to construct freestanding buildings for many uses the world over.  The offices at our facility are all supplied via one of our designed air conditioning units using direct expansion cooling, ultraviolet disinfection, prefiltration, and terminal HEPA filtered air for the maximum possible indoor air quality.  The office wall paneling employs a clean room wall panel system with glass interior office partitions.  Many other technologies and products are on display at our facility.  You are welcome to visit with us at any time or request specific photographs of the products we offer that may be of interest to you.
